Should I be stressed out about layoffs when we have no bonuses and there are no raises - I am not talking literally but some folks do not get anything at all. Why should we be concerned - put me out my misery IBM - I am ready to move on, just let me go, give me my severance now and I'll start to look for a job

just realize severance was now cut to MAX 4wks..... \
