I have worked for USbank for 18 years and you never know what they are going to do until they do it. That being said I do believe that they care for there employees and will do everything they can to avoid layoffs. USbank however does need to work on giving their hard working employees wage increases that keep up with the cost of living. I just found out that if I took the same job that I'm doing now with bank of America that I could earn 16,000 more a year. Too bad that they have a bad reputation of layoffs.
