Those folks in IT are about as busy as the folks over in the post office. We need to fix that. Well I guess none of us are that busy these days.
Office 365, AWS, The Platform, ServiceNow... All cloud based and all idea for outsourcing IT. The writing is on the virtual white board installed by the outsourced IT.

I love people always saying IT is going to get outsourced! This always comes from the dipshit that doesn't have a clue about anything IT. You people struggle to turn your PCs on and then call IT out because you are too stupid to understand it. I couldn't care less if we get laid off, we can get jobs anywhere and I am better than most so I can really go anywhere. I am biding my time folks.
I heard the dividend costs the company more every year than the entire employee payroll. So as long as the dividend is around, people will keep getting fired.
The next round of lay-offs will happen after the sale of the company is finalized. So sometime around the end of the second quarter or start of the third quarter. All lay-offs will be completed by the end of the year.

Layoffs have already begun across the board. Mostly contractors, a few staff
Don't worry, it will just be the minions. Leadership will be spared once again.

What is left to cut
I know quite a few Conoco employees left the last round...does anyone know if these will be focused more on contractors or will that not be a factor?
