Any updates on the Saudi Arabia partitioned neutral zone, located in Al-zour Kuwait? I read that they were planning to lay off close to a thousand employees, does anyone what happened?

So were any employees actually laid off? I know they also annually employed external people as "special contracts", I wonder what happened to them...
There was a recent news article quoting the Emir of Kuwait as saying production and exports will resume soon. Who knows what definition of "soon" he was using but I see no indication that this will get back to normal anytime in the near future.
