Thread regarding Follett layoffs

New tools implemented

It occurred to me as I was reading through some recent posts....what tools has Follett Management proposed, tested and thus implemented in the past 3 years? I am truly struggling to come up with ONE new tool that has helped a Follett Manager do their job. It's almost unimaginable but am I forgetting something?

Seriously, they have no new ideas or tools to help us stores. The textbook market is declining, but thanks to the new leadership Follett is declining at a much faster rate.

Well every time a new cronie is hired from Sears or Kmart or wherever a new "tool" is implemented.
