Enough of the dramatic waiting games here. When will JC, ML, DG, MG, TK get catapulted out of Follett to a heaping pile of stinky, you know what, where they belong? None of them have made one meaningful contribution to follett other than drag this company down.

WR loss their best collector. Already having problems trying to get assistances from the other 2 lazy collectors up there. We are really screwed down here without her. The best walk out the door with no replacements. What a frickn joke this place is becoming.

Because everything they've done since their programe of abuse and carnage has improved morale. They're no wiser. The savings they'd gain by cutting at this point isn't worth it. Period. If they could cut some benefits or long tenured salaries, they'd do it in heart beat. They've proven they don't care about employees.
Follett has wised up. Probalby no more big layoffs because of the damage to morale. Instead as employees leave or are forced out one by one, their position will not be filled - position eliminated.
