How much of a pay cut is PAAL taking? Get rid of Mid-Level management who only cares about their PIP. We've seen several of these drive one NPD project past 6 million dollars where it should have only cost < $150K even when the business development mgr provided engineering drawings to Halliburton's equipment. Good Luck I we can survive with this leadership.
