Think of Chk as an upside down vehicle. Debt out ways value. Someone might buy assets but no need to acquire the debt.
heard through grapevine of an acquisition of chk...probably just rumor, but a takeover bid would definitely put a hold on those items.
Nah... its all good! Don't read anything into the stock price, cancelling of the town hall, the delay in the compensation process. They're probably just figuring out how to give us all bonuses in some showy awesome way! Maybe halftime at a Thunder game....
