I just heard they got rid of their training manager. He was really good. Made the training classes very enjoyable and everyone always left having learned something. The guys in the field liked him as well. Add to the fact that he was good, he had no support. He did it all on his own.
SandRidge has no idea how bad they set their safety department back by letting him go. Just goes to show just how out of touch they are.
If you eliminate Todd, you save on his outrageous paycheck rumored to be at 250K annual + bonuses, you also cut all the money he wastes on absolutely crap projects and purchases.
