I don't get some of the younger people. So I'm interviewing someone for an entry software engineer job. And after I introduce myself and proceeded to start shaking the interviewee's hand, he closes his hands and tries to give me a fist-bump like we're "bro's".
WTF? Dude, I don't know you. You aren't my "bro". And in case you're thinking it, the guy wasn't african american. He was white. Other than that, he did fine, and we're going to give him an offer. But it was just a little weird.
