is it true Follett has a hiring freeze?

Follett is only hiring manager/assistant manager positions. I work in HR. All open positions across the enterprise eliminated.
Follet just attended the Dotre Dame Job faire. I'm guessing if you want to be a manager in training, or you have an engineer/computer science background, there are openings.
Hiring isn't frozen but the pipeline of decent candidates is. So for all you less-than-rock-stars out there, just know what you're signing up for before you agree to join this circus. Pain is easier when you expect it. Some people just like to get the crap beat out of them everyday.
Hiring freeze is in place unless your in upper management and want another vp (your buddy) to get a job and bleed the company dry.
Meanwhile everyone else is spread super thin and doing the work of 3 people.
Hiring freeze has been there for a long time now...
