A quick note on CHECKPOINT - I'd rather have the old system doing evals only ONE TIME a year than have to deal with the evaluation hoopla 4 times a year. It's not like anyone who isn't an executive is getting a raise either way which is the only reason to care about job performance. Right?

The whole Checkpoint system is ridiculous....its just another exercise in creative writing that you now have to do 4 times as often....its another time waster
