Any of you old soft peckers still read this post. Hurry up and leave you are not needed. You are driving up insurance cost for every other person that is still productive.

If it wasn't for us old turds you Winnie, I love you man assholes would not even know how to spell Halliburton. This company was founded on honesty, integrity, long hard days and nights, something the younger generation hasn't a clue. all you think of is what time is it, where are we going for lunch, did you get your bonus or raise, me,me,me that's bullshit When you have worked on he average of 110 hours per week and lived away from home 90% of the time to take care of your family then you will realize why us old turds are still around, someone has to constantly cover your asses. None of you youngster would make a pimple on my ass!!!

This industry is so far behind others why is a good idea to keep old turds with experience OF THE PAST? Experience of how we did things LAST DECADE, LAST CENTURY. Time and tide waits for no man. Keep old timers and be left in the wake of Schlumberger and equipment manufacturers getting into the service market. Young blood + innovation + thinking outside the box = future prosperity

Young turds want a job. Old turds want to work. That's the big difference.

We are seeing the planned hatred of those who have learned, done, taught, built, endured by the snot nosed ego freaks coming along now. 99 % don't have a clue what is going on and don't care. It's all about me, me, me and I want a raise and someone to tell me how loved I am. We never saw hatred in the company like this before.

True upper management is waiting for the younger employees BALLS to drop. Before they layoff a employee who has proven his balls are big enough to get the

Job done.

It's not just old people at Halliburton hanging on longer, it's older people everywhere. These baby boomers have set extremely high expectations for retirement. They're hanging around longer creating an abundance of extra employees driving down wages and actually slowing promotions of the next generation. Most of these old farts are going to work until they die. Atleast the generation prior knew when to hang it up.

Ok, but tell me what business sense does it make to keep 40 year hands around when they are over retirement age ? Thats just poor management and not taking into consideration the future of the company. Many of those guys still around just sucking up air - retire, enjoy life before you die. This is not the Big Red of old, no one in management gives a shit about you in the end.

Because unlike you young farts, us old turds actually have substance and value. We're more than a puff of smelly wind.
