While I sit here on the toilet typing this, If taking a dump during your lunch hour counts against your lunch hour. I mean, if I happen to take a dump a noon 30, is that my fault? If I dump at 3pm, I am not expected to make up the time. So what y'all think?

I leave my machines running while pooping. Come back to quality product every time. company loves me. But won't admit it.
All dumps are considered incidental time. You are not entitled to indemnification for time spent making waste during lunchtime anymore than you would be if the doodoo was dropped after working hours.
Consider prioritizing lunch hours and saving the turds for post-lunch working hours. Poops at 1pm are socially acceptable and will not raise questions about work ethic. Similarly, you can reschedule pre-working hour morning poops until after your first cup of coffee at the office. This will allow more time for sleeping in or playing video games before work.

Is it a liquid or solid dump?
If its a runny brown and skittery smelly type liquid this would indicate a potential catastrophic illness hazard and lost time for Schlumberger. There is additional risk with the skittery smelly liquid type dump that you will render the bathroom completely unusable for other employees and you may develop a hot itchy rash in your sphincter muscle. Do not rub this rash excessively as it will spread quickly and it will feel like your ass is on fire. If this happens contact your quality operations support manager for help, try to find a bidet somewhere to cool it down (there is one in Paals private bathroom and he may be allow you to use it for such such an emergency) and isolate the bathroom for 24 hours.
ps: if Paal lets you use his bathroom it is very wise to leave it in the same condition as you find it. He laid of one of his executive VPs lats month for leaving large brown skidmarks on his private pot.
Did you report the hazardous situation in quest? How many people are affected? How often does this occur?

It depends. Are you systematically taking your fiber to make you crap on purpose at the same time, thereby gaining 10-15mins in your lunch hour?
