Management dislikes - associates

I completely agree with ....if management likes you or not.... Happened to me, first five years no problem gave 100% plus ..then new so called manager arrived (plus new assistant manager) on the scene...he (they) decide (and also heard) that he wanted new blood..which is great but the new blood these days don't want to work. Associates with salt and pepper hair was not on his keep list. My job at the time was a part time specialist, (job performance was 100%) things started to go down hill after few months with the new manager... Then new hours were so called required for the position, could not work the works, manager and assistant manager said it was corporate and had to be followed. Long story short, new specialist (specialist is NOT 18yrs. old) and lead have not at all followed the the so called corporate hours which I was told I had to. Manager said I did not have to work Sat. nite if I work Sun. which always been that way, that was end of their conversation with me. Was put back to doing freight, hours were CUT, but other freight employees were not. Talk about age discrimination. There was no negotiation on management part. Tried talking to them put was told it was corporate..How could it be corporate it nobody is following the hours. Management constantly lies to associates...guess they think the associates are stupid.....
