interesting. I am hearing 2 different things. Either 1 week for each full year or a set number of weeks based on 5 year increments of service. Could it be both, depending on who you are or maybe position?

What is the criteria to lay off store managers? Big stores with multiple, or small stores with one?

Managers that have been long time employees? Or newbies?

You will not get 1 week for each year! I was laid off couple months ago worked in the field as store manager, worked for 12 years and only got three weeks pay for severance! They changed the severance pay after the layoffs that happened couple years ago when the 1st big layoffs started! Cost them too much $$$$, so they changed. 0-4.99 years is 2 weeks pay, 5-14.99 years 3 weeks pays, and 15 or more 4 weeks pay!!!!

Yes, bonuses will be paid out per severance agreement but - do you really believe you'll get one?!?!?

What about bonuses, if you're bonus eligible? Would we still get that in June, if laid-off now?

One week for every year, and by the way they round down to the last full year. They screw you on the way out as well.
