Everyday I see another post about someone from SWACO complaining. You entitled mother f---ers, EVERYONE is in the same boat. SLB is laying people off, YOU guys are getting laid off. Every segment is seeing layoffs. We are losing rigs. You're not special. Man the f--- up and take it like everybody else. If you're too stressed out (LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE) find another job if you can't handle it. Welcome to the oil field. Layoffs will be happening until prices come back which wont be for a while so stop asking. And management isn't going to tell you about layoffs, BECAUSE YOU'RE NOT MANAGEMENT.

Everyone knows that all the really good M-I hands left soon after SLB took over. What's left are the bottom of the barrel so all the complaining is not a surprise.
We are "the acquired". We know what it is like to work for a company who believes their employees are truthfully their number one assets for success. Perhaps we do bitch in the SLB world. Perhaps we do not understand the new mentality of throwing out the most knowledgeable, or the most senior (aka.... old). Perhaps we believe in the American way of layoffs......last in first out. Perhaps we are, simply American. No apologies, period.

Your a complete asshole. You have no idea how bad things are at that place. I used to work there and it's exactly how it sounds. Not into the whole Complaining thing either but don't read the threads if your sensitive SLB emotions are offended. Prick!
