Does senior management have a plan? If they do they have never shared it with anyone else in the company..! Believe it or not there is an executive whose title is Head of Strategy ...again no one has ever heard from him or seen any sort of plan... you can have the best plan in the world, but if no one knows what it is it's a complete waste of time.. which kind of goes hand-in-hand with the entire leadership team ...a complete waste of time..!

Deeper cuts in all divisions. No doubt about that.
In CTC they think about a cut of weekly hours from 35 to 29. That´s about 20% of time and as well of money :-( but will keep stuff on job.
