"Forgot how to take care of their customers...." What about forgetting about their team members???!! You know the people who take care of their customers!! This is where they have gone wrong. Horrible management and stl's!!! Until this gets fixed - nothing will.

Fhc81Va-lbe, the real issue is the CEOs and all of their ilk REFUSE to go. That's why they feel a Crisis Team is necessary. Sad times for this business.
Crisis Team, ha! The minute I saw that, I knew it was SO OVER. What grocery store needs a flippin CRISIS team? How about capable management instead? Anybody on wall st will know that if a CEO needs a Crisis team to handle stuff they were hired to do & can't, well, time for the CEO to go!
And what is the Crisis team being paid to do? Oh yeah... looks successful so far. Great managerial move Mackey!
