As a former director I can tell you they pride themselves in annually letting 10% go only to hire some back at a lower rate. The management philosophy is all about "lean" and they typically drag their feet to see how much they can get out of their staff and only at last resort will they add staff. HR VP is heartless and has done more than anyone to create fear and terrible morale. Worst employer I have ever had in 35 years of employment

This is hilarious -- they told the kitchen staff before they told the employees. The kitchen staff all knew.
