Toyota , Liberty Mutual, Fed Ex, JP Morgan etc etc...a lot of people are going to be bailing...Frito has become a second rate, top heavy , status quo company thanks to all the brilliant "leadership" by the "old boys" in that building

Oh yeah, I bailed for another company. I get 4 weeks of PTO to start with. At PepsiCo I would have to stay for like 15 years!
Ha ! It only took the geniuses 20 years to realize the vacation policy was uncompetitive ...now they are trying desperately to keep all the new hires they can manage to hire from bailing
hopefully they get rid of HR and outsource them to India, they have to be the most useless non-value add function in that building
Hopefully it's not another Valentines day massacre.
