1/14 seems too early. Massive meeting tomorrow with all market managers and market human resource managers from both Walmart and Sam's Club. They're all signing NDAs, I'd assume the more likely date is near the beginning of the fiscal year for Walmart (the fiscal year is not aligned with the calendar year - Walmart's fiscal or financial year ends on January 31)
