The storm front is approaching Houston. With Canonsburg, OKC, Denver, and Calgary already on the morphine drip the only place left to make cuts is Houston. Hopefully it will be in the management ranks. H1B's are safer - they work cheaper and will put up with more to avoid getting sent home.
