Why do these people do this. Our last store meeting was nothing but the stl rambling on about a cake case for 20 min no one was paying attention, frustrating. Then they get irate cuz ;labor was missed. If you shut up and let us do our jobs and stop patting yourself on the back all the time we could focus on sales.

Lucky's is now expanding in Florida. TJs built a new warehouse in the state and is rapidly putting in new stores in key markets -- Dade/Broward/Palm Beach, Orlando, Tampa Bay, Jacksonville area. Meanwhile Publix has its "hybrid format" on overdrive now with a flexible mix of Greenwise natural/organic products and same name brands we carry in addition to basics like Tide and Dawn. If management thought that employee-owned Publix was going to sit around reading "Conscious Capitalism" and waving a white flag of surrender they were wrong. While the dumbasses were putting stores in hick towns so they could change the world and promoting their friends and family members, the competition was and is ferociously moving in to satisfy and delight. Moving forward, fire yourselves.
