We will merge team lead positions effectively eliminating a handful of positions per building. Won't be announced as a layoff since the impacted people will be allowed to find new roles.

They should just get rid of team lead or supervisor positions since most of them don't do shit. Or hire somebody that knows how to do the job. They get paid for doing nothing!
And what happens to those who cannot find new roles? Will they receive a severance package?
