All D&M bases in NAM are adapting to the new changes. One tech with 5 or more competencies on different tools. Cost slb 500% less cost by making one tech working on 5 different tools which are 5 different departments. If you don't like it you can quit because they can't afford to layoff you off. They don't have $$$$ to layoff techs/engineer and office people.
Honestly, I wish they layoff all supervisors, maintenance managers, team leads and office blood sucking uneducated employees.
What they do beside adding more work process to justify their position to their mngs. Oil is not going up anytime soon so jump off the sinking ship before it's too late.
