Interesting departures occurring this week. (Again, read this post carefully.)
Up above you mentioned that there should of been one let go ..who do you nean?
Unless upper management that made the decision to "put all the eggs in the Marcellus basket" were let go, no one let go was a poor performer - they just worked for a poor performing company. Anyone who thinks they can say a severed employee was a poor performer is either an idiot and insensitive or, if they are in a position of management to know someone is a poor performer and says it out loud, they have no credibility. So, no, it is not possible.
So it's not possible that some of the people let go were poor performers???
Who ever said Range let go of under performers just prove, "they missed one" of the employees that deserves to go. That lose-mouth has no sense or compassion, but coming from the environment of Range, that person comes by it honestly. Range has been closing offices, selling assets and as a result, laying off employees for over two years - longer, if you count the Barnet Shale divestiture. They got rid of the under performers (anyone not safe because they did not know where the bodies are hidden) long ago - rather, Range should have since they had so many opportunities with divestitures. So lose-mouth and you people who repeat what-they-know-not-what they speak should refrain from public comment. When you get sent home, perhaps you will understand why I say you have no sense or compassion.
Heard the layoff affected 50 or so employees ? Also told that the company lost some good people as well as some under performers .
Which division this time?
