I never thought I would be happy about being losing my job, but I am. Conagra has been taken over by the devil himself. I wont work for him or a company that outsources to other countries. I will never buy any of their products again and I hope that the company goes bankrupt!

Stop supporting any cpg company that emulates the 3G model or is 3G themselves. I went as far as to return my CAG products to the grocery store. Don't screw with the hand that feeds you Sean. I don't want the crap you are selling and only stuck around to collect my severance. I could give two shits about my bonus. I never needed Conagra, and clearly they never needed me. Just remember Sean, YOU ARE ALSO REPLACEABLE. Bye.
Hey Sean. Those 3G Capital layoffs and cutbacks at Kraft-Heinz really seem to be working. Their Sales dropped 10% last Quarter. Or don't you read the Chicago Tribune?
Remember when Sean blatantly lied to every ConAgra employee in a Townhall that the 3G Capital type of management style was not sustainable and ConAgra was not going to emulate that?
Trust me. Almost all of my non-ConAgra neighbors in Omaha have stated that they will never buy another ConAgra product again. They all feel terribly betrayed by Sean.
I won't be purchasing anymore CAG products either, but you also have to be careful about buying products that 3G Capital has their hands in. Sean is just trying to emulate 3G Capital, who is destroying Kraft-Heinz with extreme budget cuts, layoffs, and propaganda. I really feel for our peers at Kraft-Heinz... We have Sean Connolly and they have Bernardo Hees; both super greedy CEOs that will destroy iconic American brands for their personal benefit
Every CAG employee that has been let go should stop buying any of their products.
CAG may have given foreigners with H1-b visas or green cards jobs located in the United States over American citizens, but this is the first time it has gone full scale in outsourcing entire departments to companies based in foreign countries. Let's also not forget that Sean has taken away so many amenities that made this a great company to work for. I also won't buy CAG products after this. There's nothing we make that can't also be purchased from a competitor.
ConAgra has been outsourcing for years. Giving internationals American jobs while laying off the American workers? This is not new for conagra.
