I hope the bonuses and raises are decent this year. They can't hold back raises 2 yrs on a row. Canada has done well compared to the rest of the company in 2015. Guess we will find out soon.

Bonus and raise??? You lucky you still have a job you cunt!
You are such a jokester...
Yep, I think I may have worked with you! You are one selfish mutha!
Be happy to keep your job and keep on keeping on.....
Yes I agree Canada has done better than the rest of the units. Canada will see a better VCIP
We all got raises last year. Don't you remember that 0.01 dividend raise. That is the only raise we will see around here. Automatic 4% annual increases are gone. Big VCIP payouts are a thing of the past. They even cut the match on our 401k plan. We will be seeing more cuts everywhere; cutting people; cutting pay; cutting benefits; increasing health care premiums; and it will keep going on and on and on!
Agree with the earlier post. Pay cuts and benefit cuts (bonus and pay raises) are more likely right now.
I'm thinking those who received a year's salary for severance and their retirement better hold tight to the salary pay out. Pensions can be dropped? You know that, right? Bankruptcy can do that.
I'm thinking all of those folks who were blessed to get a year's salary and their retirements better hang on to that year's salary. Pensions and retiree benefits can be dropped. You do know that right?
This just had to be a joke, right? As someone who has already been a casualty, if you are still employed at COP, get a grip. Not only do you not give raises and bonuses in this climate....(what are you going to do, quit and get a job elsewhere??), but salary cuts should be standard across the board. You are now in a survival (not likely) mode.
Don't worry we got the full bonus last year and then some. Not sure about raises. Only for the 1 and 2 rankings. I got one last year.
No raises this year and bonuses will be minimal. Best bet is you own stock and you get that really nice dividend. (The company had to lay off people and take a loan out to pay that dividend.)
sarcasm
Really?
Where you gonna go?
If your skill set is E&P related, please have a look at the price of COP's product for the last 18 months.
If your skill set easily transfers to another industry you might have somewhere to go.
Good luck with whatever you decide to do.
Who told you they can't hold back raises two years in a row?
Be happy you still have a job! For how ever long it lasts.
Pot is legal in Colorado...didn't know it was in Canadia.
