Answer this: are you performing a job that can be done cheaper elsewhere? If yes then you are on borrowed time at TFS. Thermo management are all numbers people and are enthralled with globalization. There are millions of engineers and scientists in China working for less money than you and loving it. They are good people, too and I've met them. They are very sharp with strong work ethic. mind your personal debt, keep your skills sharp and stay flexible. It's going to be a bumpy ride. Find something that can't be farmed out if possible. Hang in there.

All the software jobs are out sourced in India although there are also software engineers working on sites from India or as employees.
means to be concerned with yourself and not focus on how much someone else makes relative to yourself.
What does this mean: "mind your personal debt"
