Layoffs are coming!

Poor decisions ... Too top heavy ... Too few creating real, quantifiable value .... Talking heads who are self focused. This downturn should put companies back to operating more efficiently, maybe? Can't have so many people not creating value. Support staffs are needed ... But so many? It's going to be awhile before we see $50+ oil. Management did not cause $30 oil, but some decisions did cause excess staff reductions.

I hope ConocoPhillips will be crashed further for the pain they caused to good people...Fat VICP after the layoff what a disgrace….
What goes around comes around… and eventually time will take care of those old ass holes.
Not to mention the stock is about to go under $30.
