you know you just never know what kinda deals are going on behind the scenes at the upper levels, for instance you may have a situation where a country extends to the corporate entity certain concessions be it land taxes or whatever in exchange for things like a minimum employment guarantee, which helps that country keep it people employed, not saying this is the case but ya gotta figure there are lots o other factors at work, easier to lay off a .....oh never mind
Not sure but it should come pretty soon since more than 50% of the guys there are sitting idle.
