Hi All - I was laid off in July 2015, I've had some personal issues and moved three times in last 6 months. Anyhow, I need my W2 so I can complete taxes but I never received it from IBM, probably because I was moving. Anyhow, do you know if there is a website or some kind self service where I can log in and download the form. Good luck with RAs I hope it's not that bad as it sounds here.

Try calling employee services @ 800-796-9876
Also ask for statement from 2015 for any money out of pocket if you used Cobra . That is tax deducible
