If the deal falls through Halli has to pay 3.5 Billion to Baker...that deal is going to go through. Right now it's sitting at a 62% chance of passing. They will do what it takes to get it approved. If it gets approved. look at another 7K - 10K jobs getting cut, if it doesn't get approved, look at 10k jobs getting cut do to the fact that they will need to make the capitol up somewhere and "human capitol" is the easiest to cut.
i agree the deal isnt happening... just keeps getting pushed back now kinda swept under rug
BS the deal is falling through. Amongst all the other issues the market is so bad is just another card stacked. Why pay 2014 price? Dead dead dead!
Most of Sperry to be gone by end of Q2 as company digs in for the long game to get the deal closed.

Most of Wireline gone...some got offers to go to Alvarado. Sperry will be hit tomorrow, loosk like 25% reduction for Sperry.
