I agree they should do away with some district managers and regional managers to, instead of just making cuts at the store level. There is way to much micro managing going on and no one is ever on the same page.

Get rid of District Managers and their stupid puppets who oversee hardlines. They promote their own yes people even when they were recently let go from another retailer. No loyalty to the people who do all the work. What a joke to read about the owner complaining about minimum wage rising. Sears offers the lowest wages around for retail unless you're one of those puppets

Eddie blames Amazon, Uber, and Tesla, minimum wage increases for his shortcomings. K-mart/Sears hasn't given raises in nine years so that argument goes out the window.
The online sales are a disaster--they make no money on most sales due to labor, packaging and shipping. Shop Your Way is just annoining people with multiple e-mails a day.
Oh yeah, he also blames low sales on the weather. O.K. but every retailer had to deal with that. Why did you not make money?
Eddie is a piece of garbage who is running the company into the ground. There is no reason to work there because the company does not give back to its employees....What they should do is all walk out on him and let him worry about running it.
