Yep, COP has begun then next layoff selection and try haven't told you guys yet but it's happening right now. They are calculating how many bodies they need to get rid off to lower their opex. Next the name selection will take place then it will be time to cut more folks. Make no mistake people you are not special if you have made it this far. Layoffs will become the norm until oil prices turn around the Saudis have spoken and they are happy at 32 or at 20 but they sure as hell ain't gonna let this come up until lots of companies have lost lots of money or have gone bankrupt. So Conoco will figure out what number of bodies equates 30-32 a barrel and then they will proceed. Stop believing management about ramping up there will be no ramp ups this is survival mode.... The ramp up should have take place at 100 dollars a barrel not "when prices come back up".
