I don't think the deal will go through. Employees on both sides better hope not. Cause you ain't seen nothing yet compared to the layoffs that come with cutting redundancies when two large companies come together. If you look at a global map, there are Hal and BHI facilities sided by side all over the world except for the central US. That means that there will only be one of each pair still standing in most cases.
