I left the company on my own terms did not sign anything Halliburton will close down the Duncan MFG plant in the near future. All of the psl lines will be relocated most are already being moved. Duncan will only employee low paying hourly employees and just enough employees to fill small orders until the other plants are at full production. I know this might come as a shock to some but look around how many departments let go of there top hands. Hope everyone left starts looking for a job before they lose there job. I was in a meeting in early 2015 when this idea was proposed guess it will come true. Sorry Duncan they dont care about anyone or any history of what made this company great only what makes it cheap.

Eurest & Security is a joke!!! the ladies & gentlemen actually working need to stay but the ones standing around at the door and smoking outside need to be showed the door. one of the security girls at the front desk was sleeping the other day.. it was 11:30 in the afternoon

The new pgls in the last 5 years aren't worth a damn. The experienced ones left and there are a few still there but the majority are ass kissing puppets who lay people off just because they don't like them. Just wait mother f---ers you have 20 xemployees waiting to beat your ass hope they get your sorry ass

Duncan is turning into an India run plant. half of the bosses employed at DMC arent even from America. So I can see that this could be true.
Duncan is cheaper if you figure in the freight charge they never consider the freight charge just the labor cost. Quality is gone the best cheapest pos is what they want and will get got youngsters that dont know or have the knowledge making decisions that they shouldnt be making.
When managers from other countries are running the company what country do they care about? The ones they call home
They won't close it if it's profitable to keep it open. When it isn't, what would you do if it was your company? Preserving history/tradition doesn't pay the bills or employees.
