There have been stealthy layoffs happening since Wednesday with the big one coming on Tuesday.

I only know of hits in support, specifically management, but I know other departments have been hit too. Based on some things I've heard, sounds like they're positioning to do massive cuts in support and have Level 1 working most cases to resolution. Having worked at Level 1 in the past, I feel bad for NetApps customers if this is true.
Can anyone confirm if departments have been hit this week? (And if so, which ones?)
