Then the code of conduct isn't worth the paper it is written on and anyone terminated for violating the terms of the code of conduct could sue for not applying it equally? This could bring the family to it's knees and ruin the day for the person that chose to ignore it.

I understand that she hired her daughter and her son in law is in charge of the cleaning crew . Must be some nice kickbacks coming her way .
Since the ADC was built around the Kiva system, what do think will happen with no Kiva system? Let's not talk about the cleaning crew. Since Mr. Heat and the family and everyone that works at the ADC knows the score, what difference does it make? It's only the family's money. So much for the code of conduct.

Here in Woodridge we keep getting layoffs to our office staff . Rumor that we would combine with ADC after losing over half of our customers . But if they close ADC then what will Follett do ?
