That might be in the transfer paperwork. That they tell you are guaranteed a year. I wouldn't know I did not get an offer. But i do know that if they would have asked me. I would have asked how long will i be there that is for dam sure.
May be 3 EEs might get a transfer . But if they go to grand junction they will be wasting there time . It looks like they will be closing in 2016. So why even go there. I have seen a lot of peeps that take the transfers and are let go 4-6 months later. It dont make sence . I would not take the bait unless you can get in writing that if you take the offer of a transfer that you will be guaranteed 1 year employment .
