Thread regarding ConocoPhillips layoffs

Accountability

I think it's time we started holding our leadership team accountable. For one, we should stop sweeping their poor decisions under the rug and stop helping hide them!

If we contribute anywhere else, our asses will be canned! Don't even speak your opinion in a meeting! Swallow the pill and smile!

Absolutely, I plan on doing the same as I did on BP's proxy statement. I voted against everyone of the Board of Directors for giving the CEO a 20% compensation package increase while losing Billions of dollars! It sends the wrong message no matter how well he managed the company post Macondo and enlight of the pending layoffs at BP!

My view there should be a reduction in compensation package for the poor performance and misleading the real owners and employees in December that the dividend was most likely safe (lay men's words)! Some of us also knew that was a lie! Oh, by the way what does the SPIRIT values mean to the leadership team, Not a damn thing!
