Loyalty is gone. Employees who have been able to leave have left. The constant fear of losing one's job has created paranoia and bitterness. Those who have survived the cuts are going through the motions, but their hearts are not in it. You can't treat employees this way and not have repercussions. Employees are bitter and unhappy. I don't know anyone who feels good about the company these days.....
