These are all a bunch of BS lies written by folks who have nothing better to do than stir up drama and anxiety. Get out there and work instead of making mischief!

Once they get the company lean, they could try to sell again. Low SGA is always a strong selling point.

Chuck Follett told us they were trying to sell the business. So when they couldn't they got him out. Next generation is taking it into the ground. Todd, Kathy, Matthew, Britten......you should be ashamed of yourselves and all of the lives that you've ruined.

Follett has nothing worth buying. Our systems are not ours. The school library market is being chipped away at as is the high ed market. We have no proprietary software or systems worth the sale. They will sell off Aspen just to unload Hingham but the Follett family will cash cow this business. Follett is not a school player, the company is a library or bookstore player. Neither library or bookstore is a growth area.

They are not poised to grow the business as all of their models show that both ends of the business are dwindling and dying. They will get the company as lean as they can through outsourcing, layoffs and attrition to continue to provide the necessary return to the Follett shareholders, not to grow the business for the long term.

Tried previously but there were no buyers. President of Follett at the time said ignore the rumors and focus on the business. He did not say they weren't true.
