Hard to believe it actually got worse after this article.
Hassle free shopping environment. Showing up to class the wrong text book (at least an older edition), is a hassle. Being offered terrible buy back prices because there is no competition at a Follett store, is a hassle. Trying to find a human to help me find a size for a sweatshirt that looks like every other Follett school's sweatshirt is a hassle.
Deciding to source my own books and have them delivered to my door, now that's hassle free.
