So when this merger falls apart and BHI is left floating in the ocean in a leaky boat will Craighead do the honorable thing and fall on his sword (or walk the plank, or just f---ing quit)? Since he's part of this failed merger debacle does he really deserve to still lead the company afterward? Would you still trust him not to jump at the next big chance to bail and collect millions?
He obviously has no idea how to save BHI should the merger fall through. Don't think 3.5 billion is going to save BHI....it won't. Duct tape patchwork on a 'titanic' sized hole is all it would be.
