I don't understand how come Paul M and Danny B still in management?? Someone needs to let these guys go and hire someone with plant/manufacturing knowledge that way we will be able to save $$ and don't have to let go good workers.

The ME department is the key to unlocking the poor performance of this facility. These clowns are squandering millions of $$'s by their inactions. Danny B is not the real issue, Paul M is the issue. Danny is a yes man with shiny precisely ironed jeans and will follow anyone, he's a pussy cat, meow, purr, purr, nice kitty.

The Facts are this: WLY is Old school 1970's manufacturing philosophies that do not match current principles and technologies. If you walk the MFG OPS area, it's clear that WLY is stuck in past times. If you can't see this, you are in the wrong job. McDonalds is hiring, but they probably wouldn't hire these clowns because McDonalds is way too efficient and will hurt their pea size brains.
When was the last time you see the ME's do anything except smoke like chimneys, copy and paste 20 year old bullshit routers, and sit in their trailer surfing Facebook and circle jerking each other like they know what they're doing.
Truth is there are a few VERY GOOD ME's at WLY, but they are tongue tied, not allowed to let loose and get to the real business of improvements. Frank Boy, get out of your damn office, open your eyes and take a walk around and see what's going on underneath your nose. If not, you are digging yourself a big hole and will not get out.
Truth is Paul M and Danny B only understand what they know, which is not a whole lot, I blame upper management for allowing this bullshit to continue without changing things up. By leaving this team in place they are accepting of the piss poor performance which means they themselves do not understand either what is needed. Franky Boy at the top is the new kid on the block and needs to shake this place up.
