Yep, got mine in the mail about 2 weeks after being let go. I got 3 different options to choose. 1st letter contained info for selecting which option (myself, myself and spouse or myself and family) to choose. The second letter was for continuing contributing to the Flex Spending Account (if you were contributing before) and 3rd letter was for retirement benefits since I qualified for retirement. Not sure if you will get all three.

Hears what I was told. I was let go in March and my insurance was going to expire on March 31st. Once expired I was automatically rolled over to COBRA. I got the paperwork in the mail on the 28th. You can opt out and go with another insurance or you fill the paperwork out with your options then either mail or fax it back in. Beware that it will take 7 - 10 working days for COBRA to get you in their system once they receive the paperwork. If you visit doctor or hospital or whatever during this 7-10 working days you will have to pay out of pocket and get reimbursed once your first premium payment has been made.
