Man, is this your Dave vs Goliath Mexican Standoff or what? Maybe Lesar will hire Donald Trump as part of the high price team to take on this Cluster F*&k!! This is just another colossal waste of time and money just so Dave can show that he has a bigger dick than the Obama-nation DOJ.

I know many of the folks left at the Landmark PSL were hoping this fiasco of a merger would soon be over so that HAL Management could get back actually managing the company again and realize that the current bunch of Offshore morons running Landmark are ruining the company and send them packing. No such luck folks! It’s back to brown nosing your upper cast members for at least another 2 years.

So do y'all think HAL is relieved that the govt is blocking the Baker deal? Hearing that since Big Oil is canceling lots of their offshore plans, BHI, which is primarily offshore, would be a loss-making machine for years...HAL didn't anticipate that the oil prices would be this weak for this long when it did the deal...Any insight????

Browns are brilliant. Look at Silicon Valley, Microsoft and Google CEOs. Landmark is different. It is true that with the corporate management looking at bigger debacles, these guys can kick the cans down for a few more years, and look after each other. Our conversation turns something like this quite often about a non performing product manager: "Is he still there? How come?".
