Approximately 170 employees were sent today invites for 15-20 minutes long meetings to meet HR on Thu and bring their company belongings. I bet these are EOIs and left standing ones; big axe on expats but US locals also plenty.
Those lucky ones getting jobs haven't received the official notice yet but will get anytime on Thu.
Left standing straight to the lobby, surrender the company items and walk out. Could have been done in a less humiliating way.
Keep your heads up everyone! I was one of the lucky ones let go in the OCT-15 ROM's after 19ys and believe me I'm in a much more stress free happy place now..! I love..love my new position with the intent of not having to worry about the BS & hypocritical HES teams from within the D&C \ Opps world....believe me folks "THERE IS LIFE AFTER SJVBU CHEVRON" but good look for those still waiting in the rough..god bless.
